Variety’s Verification Process

Once qualified by a physician, we must verify your certificate’s authenticity before you become a patient of ours. Our verification process requires us to call your physician’s office and copy all necessary documents. It takes a few minutes and you will be required to present your original physician statement and a valid California State issued I.D. card.

Pre-Verification Process

If you would like to pre-verify, please fill out the appropriate information. You will still have to bring your original statement and valid I.D. upon arrival.
