  Myself and some fellow medical marijuana patients are interested in starting a co-operative to grow and supply medicine for ourselves. Does a city ban or moratorium prevent us from operating within their ciy limits? And does a county ban similarly prevent us? Or do we have the right as medical patients are we free to act on our rights to grow and supply marijuana in a co-operative setting?
